If we are unable to complete your order in one delivery and must ship it in multiple shipments, no additional charges will apply to subsequent deliveries. 2- Placing Orders / Contract Formation

If you have provided an email address, you will receive an email confirmation upon placing your order. If, for any reason, your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified at the earliest opportunity. If you have already paid for this order, the amount will be refunded to you via the original payment method. 3- Delivery
kikkaclothing.com takes the utmost care when accepting and processing orders and will make every effort to deliver your order to a residential address in Turkey according to the chosen delivery method.
kikkaclothing.com strives to ship orders as quickly as possible and in the order they were received. Unless otherwise agreed, it is intended that your order be delivered within 7 days of order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays. However, while we aim to deliver within the stated time frame, this may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
Before placing an order, you will be notified of expected delivery details. If you have provided an email address, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details.

4- Order Cancellation by the Customer
You may cancel or return your order up to three days from the delivery date. If you have already paid for the products, a refund will be issued, including the standard shipping fee for product returns. If you receive a defective item, please inform kikkaclothing.com immediately and return the product as outlined in the Returns section below. kikkaclothing.com will fully refund the cost of any product considered defective. These provisions do not limit any legal rights in effect.
5- Returns
kikkaclothing.com promises to fully refund all products returned under Section 5 (Order Cancellation) provided they are returned in the same condition they were received.
