Why Do We Process Your Personal Data? What Personal Data Do We Process?
In order to provide better service to our Members, manage and complete your order processes, facilitate communication regarding your orders, provide information about products, services, campaigns, and promotions, understand your shopping preferences, perform trend analyses and statistical evaluations, and strengthen the security of the Site, we process some of your personal data. Additionally, in order to fulfill our legal obligations as stipulated by various laws, including the Law on the Regulation of Broadcasts on the Internet No. 5651, the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563, the Turkish Penal Code No. 5237, and the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, we collect and process data such as your name, surname, email address, phone number, gender, date of birth, Turkish ID number, tax ID number, personal interests, billing and delivery addresses, and information shared through your social media accounts if you connect via those channels.
Apart from this data, we also collect and process aggregate statistical data that does not contain personal information, such as site visit frequency and times, order times, IP addresses at the time of ordering, and statistics on visited product pages and ordered products, to analyze and understand visitor movements and preferences.
These personal data are processed and stored with appropriate data security measures, exclusively for the purposes outlined in this KVKK Information Notice and not used for purposes beyond those specified. We process this data with your explicit consent or where directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract with you, or in cases where processing is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided that this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
We use some of the data collected in our database for periodic campaign efforts, special promotional activities aimed at customer profiles, and customer segmentation work to prevent unsolicited emails, in a manner compliant with legal regulations.
When you use a credit card to pay for a product, you consent to the sharing of information, such as your card number, expiration date, and CVV2 code, with banks. However, credit card or debit card information used during order creation is not stored in our systems.
If you choose to create a customer account by providing your contact information in our stores, personal data may be collected verbally during your interactions with store employees. How Long Is Your Personal Data Retained?
Under the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, records of your withdrawal of consent will be kept for 1 year from the date of withdrawal, and any records related to the content of commercial electronic messages and other information related to the sending of such messages will be retained for 3 years for potential submission to the relevant ministry. After these periods, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized by our company or upon your request.
How Is Your Personal Data Protected?
Saymateks Tekstil Tic. Ltd. Şti places a high priority on the protection of personal data. The company takes necessary measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Membership Agreement

A. Commencement of the Agreement
